COMMISSIONS

Are you open for commissions?

I'm pretty much always open! Status is displayed on the Commissions Page, and you can check the live Trello Queue at any time. You can also check my social media for openings! Or email crittercoveart@gmail.com to inquire.

 

I would like a commission, but your site says you're not open?

Feel free to send me a message or email to inquire, during busy seasons I keep a wait-list that is separate from the active queue.  I cannot guarantee how long that wait will be, I'll simply notify you went it comes your turn.  If you changed your mind or cannot pay, you will be skipped and the next person on the wait-list will be notified.

 

How long will it take to receive my commission?

It depends on my current queue and the size of the project you'd like to commission, generally 1-4 weeks after full payment has been received.  I try to keep a small queue and give will give you any applicable WIPs (Work in Progress') along the way.  Need a shorter turnaround time?  Please contact me to inquire about rush fees.

 

Do you take payment plans on Commissions?

Sure! Any quote for work $200 and over requires 50% deposit (not including shipping, if applicable). We can work out a payment plan that works best for both of us.  Any quote for $200 or under requires full payment before starting.

 

Can I re-post / upload your artwork?

Please ask first! Normally, as long as credit is given and the watermark is not removed I allow it.  This is for personal usage only!  No commercial rights are ever given, unless you have explicitly purchased them from me.

How do I care for my Stickers?

Please do not get stickers wet, they are made with sticker paper unless otherwise specified as "waterproof vinyl" or "waterproof hologaphic".  Stickers are not designed to be re-stickable, unless otherwise specified on the item.

 

How do I care for my Clothing?

All tops can be washed by flipping inside-out, wash with a cold water cycle, and setting the dryer on low heat.

 

Tell me more about your Tops/Shirts!

Currently, all tops/shirts are printed and shipped through Printify + produced by Print Geek. Print Geek uses Kornit Digital Printers and Neo Pigment Inks - this means there is no water pollution, inks are biodegradable, non-hazardous, non-toxic and Eco-friendly! They also have a 4-stage quality control process to ensure high-quality items. Print Geek is a Canadian company, they produce/ship from Toronto, Canada.  I use the Bella+Canvas tops, or Gildan if they are out of stock as they have a similar feel and fit. Tops have a unisex fit, unless otherwise specified. Sizing charts are on each item.

 

I received my order, but there is damage/item missing/something wrong.

Oh no! Please send an email to crittercoveart@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what went wrong within 90 days of receiving your package. I'll get it sorted out and send you new items if applicable.  Additional information can be found on the Shipping Policy and Return Policy pages.

 

I want to return an item, or make an exchange.

Please email crittercoveart@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what needs to be returned/exchanged within 90 days of receiving your package. Exchanges are only available if the item is brand new, unused, unwashed & unworn.

Do you pay International Customs Duty or Fees?

No, sorry.  Any customs duty/fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  If you are unsure if this applies to you, please familiarize yourself with the local laws, or give your local post office a call.

 

There is an item Out of Stock, and I want it!

I do not have a set schedule of when specific items will be back in stock.  Sometimes, an item won't be restocked because I have discontinued it to make room for new items.  Pre-Orders for new/returning items will be marked accordingly - so you can pay now and have it automatically shipped when it becomes available.  Some items can be made to order, please send an email inquiry to crittercoveart@gmail.com

 

I received multiple packages, why?

For example, if you place an order that has a shirt and a sticker, you will receive separate packages - one through me and one through Printify.   I do not keep my own inventory of tops/shirts and cannot ship them myself.  However, orders with Art Prints/Stickers are shipped directly from me to you as I produce these myself and keep my own inventory. You will only pay for shipping once - not separately.

 

Can I Wishlist an Item for later?

Yes! If you have created an account and are logged in, you will have a Wishlist Page that you can view at any time.

 

Does honey work for applying discounts?

Yes! The best discount available can be automatically applied to your cart at checkout if you have the Honey browser extension installed.

 


REWARD POINTS

How do I earn points?

1. Create an Account - Get 100 points as a welcome bonus

2. Make a Purchase - Get 10 points for every $1 CAD you spend on Merch and Commissions.

3. Birthday Bonus - Get 500 points in your birthday month

 

How do I check my balance?

Login to "My Account" and the banner at the bottom of the page will automatically update with your current Points Balance.  You can also click that banner and go to "My Rewards".

 

How can I use my points?

Use your points to redeem rewards as discount codes. You can apply the discount code on the payment page during checkout. One discount code can be used per order.

Login to "My Account" and the banner at the bottom of the page will automatically update with your current Points Balance.  Go to the "Use Points" tab, if you are eligible to redeem a Code, you can click the "Get Code" button, and it will generate a code which you can now Apply at Checkout. It will save the code for later if you leave the page so you don't lose it.  Check the "My Rewards" tab to see codes you have redeemed.

 

When do I earn points when I make a purchase?

Points would be earned when "Fulfillment Status" becomes "Fulfilled". If you've commissioned, I'll add your points after the invoice is paid in full.

 

How do I earn Birthday Bonus?

You must register your birthday month and have at least one qualifying order placed 30 days or earlier prior to the 1st day of your birthday month to receive a Birthday Bonus for that calendar year. Birthday Bonuses will not be granted retroactively for past birthdays. A qualifying order is a fulfilled order that was not cancelled or fully refunded.

If members fill in their birthdays before their birthday month, bonus will be awarded at the beginning of the month. If members fill in their birthdays during their birthday month, bonus will be awarded at the end of the month.

What traditional mediums do you use?

Acrylic Paints, Prismacolor Markers, Koi Watercolors, Liquitex Gouache, Uni Posca Markers, Sakura Micron Fineliners, Canson Sketchbooks, 0.5 or 0.7 mechanical pencils.

 

What are your other computer specs/technical equipment?
