Vast black sand dunes and grey rocky terrain. Vents spew clouds of hot nutrient rich chemicals. Ash from these vents always cloud the sky, the ash always falling. Vegetation no longer grows and is covered in ash. Dangerous scavenging and ambush predators live beneath the black sands and in the rocky areas. Intense storms of coloured fire and lightning cause by the chemicals in the ash clouds sometimes occur. Creatures in the Ashlands are adapted to living under the ash and sand, inside crevasses, or near the vents. The vents are like a bunch of geysers, volcanic activities, sulphur pools, less sandy.

Between the Roots, Lumi Forest, the Ashlands and one of the Mountain Cities. Expansive areas of reddish sands and open sky. Networks of air thermals that gas-filled whales float along, feeding on the sky krill and microorganisms. Large sand-striding docile herbivores that wallow in the sand dunes and also feed on sky krill. At night, the sky lights up with the clouds of krill and glowing microorganisms. The sands and sky change into beautiful pinks, purples and blues, One of the better places for those who like to study the sky. Hot air balloons that travel on the thermals and magic. They descend from The Tree and are carried on the hot dense winds far away. The zone between the Roots and the Desert is where the Dusk Elk can be found.

South of The Tree, crystals have overtaken a lot of the forest.
Animals infused with these crystals live here, they are highly magical.
A large underground network of caves with nearly all types of crystal coloration, with the rarer ones being deeper down.
Glowing plants and animals are common.
Creeks and flowing water from deep within the planet.

Trees of ice and blue crystals grow from the permafrost ground. Creatures adapt to look like ice and blue crystals, a type of camo. Very cold waters and frozen icebergs on the coastal areas. Northern-est part of the planet. Similar to Earths arctic. Some crystals and trees glow a dim blue.

Sprawling glowing fungi and alien foliage forests. Microorganisms and mushroom spores travel though the light wind that is channel through this forest. Large jellyfish-like organisms float along feeding off the mushroom spores and microorganisms many of the creatures here use phosphorus and other chemicals they produce to glow. Green crystals are the most common here, but pink can also be found, and purple can also be rarely found. Filled with the founds of frogs, insects and echoing wind, one of the biomes found near The Roots of The Tree. Air currents can cause thick fog clouds of mushroom spores that can be toxic. Some creatures are toxic/poisonous/cause paralysis - like some fungi species.

The transitional zone between the Lumi Forest and the Deserts. Giant decaying and poisonous mushrooms span out from the Lumi Forest. The climate becomes less moist and humid, and more arid and dry. Safe water sources become difficult to find. Giant Herbivores graze from the clouds of sky krill. Predators rely on packs, tactile ambush hunting, or are opportunist scavengers. Animals partially lose their glowing abilities, and colours change into desert type colourations.

Between the World Tree and The Lumi Forest. The foliage here shifts from tropical jungle, into a mushroom forest. Bioluminescent plants and animals begin in this area, and become more glowing and mushroom-like the more you go into the Lumi Forest.

The transition zone between the World Tree, the Western Bog and the Lake Fields. Its humid and moist, and a tropical climate with lots of greenery. There are plenty of hills, valleys and rivers that flow into the Lake Fields. Creatures that take on the appearance of plants like to live here. - Form of camo and mimicry.

In the south-west of the Roots, the trees and wildlife begin to slowly shift into crystals. Plants, trees, animals, have partial crystals growing from them. Animals here may also exhibit both plant camouflage and partial crystal bodies. It is otherwise the same terrain as the South Roots.

Not as wet and mash-like as the Western Peninsula. This is the area between the Western Bog, The Roots and Western Peninsula. Trees are still dying in the area from the toxic air that is blown from The Vents and Ashlands. Large gnarled tree roots (the big ones are all connected to the World Tree) As you travel from the World Tree towards the Western Peninsula it becomes more marsh-like. Unlike the Western Bog, the trees and plant life here is not lush and green.

Humid, foggy, like a bog. Ash from the Vents and Ashlands gets blown here, creating a thick blanket of toxic air. A partial dead-zone. Foliage stops growing green and vibrant. Foliage becomes sparse, the World Trees Roots no longer reaching this far.
